A more intimate but extremely luxurious wedding held at his father’s Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach that boasts a £25million grand ballroom. Russian billionaire tied the knot in Cote D’Azure with lavish ceremony, entertainment and everything luxurious fit for a billionaire wedding reportedly worth £20 million. The wedding featured performances by Whitney Houston, Julio Iglesias, Enrique Iglesias and Christina Aguilera who were all flown to Cannes on a private jet. Rumours circulated that he even had a church dismantled, shipped and rebuilt in France for this extravagant wedding day.

5. Delphine Arnault and Allesandro Vallarino Gancia – September 2005

The wedding of Delphine Arnault “one of the richest woman in the world”, to Allesando  Gancia who is heir to Gancia, an Italian wine dynasty was noted by Harper’s Bazaar to be the “Wedding of the Year”. The luxurious wedding was held in the wine region of Bordeaux, France. It featured 5,000 white roses as she walked down the aisle on a John Galliano designer wedding dress which took 1,300 hours to create. The extravagant wedding reception was held at a Chateau d’Yquem with guests including Elizabeth Hurley and Karl Lagerfeld.
