Browns Bride Sample Sale 2010

I am loving the Angel Sanchez wedding dresses for spring 2010. They are all gorgeous and different in style but they all have the flowy, sweet, feminine and contemporary feel that is so soft and feminine. My absolute favourite is N7009, I love the combination of lace and organza on this dress and the lace detailing on the trumpet skirt looks great. This dress looks so timeless, romantic, and elegant to me.

N7003 – Silk triplex gazar strapless gown with ball skirt of gazar & pleated organza panels.

N7005 – Silk trikado strapless gown with asymmetrical tucked skirt & petal embroidery at bodice.

N7009 – Silk organza & alencon lace trumpet gown with sheer bateau neckline & appliquéd handkerchief hem.

N700 – Silk triples gazar and French gauze gown with one shoulder bodice embroidered with strips of chiffon and crystals.

N7007 – Soft faille & tulle trumpet gown with tulle panel back train & lyon lace appliqué.

Carolina Herrera Bridal Collection 2010

I am very impressed by the inspiration and concept behind the Carolina Herrera Bridal Collection 2010. The wedding dresses are all beautiful and it is amazing how special details that defined the arts of some of the world’s greatest painters of all time are creatively incorporated in the bridal gowns. If you look closely, you will see that Monet’s water lilies are hand painted in tulle, Matisse’s paper cut outs are elegantly hanging on a tulle column and Van Gogh’s sunflower are beautifully re-created in taffeta ruffles. 1^st row – Franz Xavier Winterhalter is an ivory tulle strapless floral branch embroidered gown and Francois Boucher is a mist silk taffeta strapless gown with full ball skirt and taffeta ruffles.

2^nd row – Tamara de Lempicka is a beautiful blush crepe stain cowl back gown with lace flower, blush cathedral length veil with scalloped lace appliqué and Pierre-August Renoir is a triple ivory georgette halter gown with gathered bodice and embroidered appliqué, and striped grosgrain ribbon, natural straw hat with striped grosgrain ribbon.

3^rd row – Gustav Klimt is a full embroidery tank-style English net gown and Henri Matisse is a soft ivory strapless gown with duchess satin petal embroidery.

4^th row – Charles Lebrun Ivory duchess satin and faille strapless gown with embroidered bodice and Claude Monet is a white tulle strapless gown hand-painted with water lillier, white tulle hand-painted cathedral length veil.

Andrew Prince is a British jeweller who makes the most exquisite costume and wedding jewelry. His designs are all beautiful and often consfused for the real thing.

His clienteles ranges from celebrities like Michael Jackson and Shirley Bassey to name a few, and he was also commissioned to make unique and elegant pieces for the royalties, and the Victoria and Albert museum for the “Tiaras, past and present” exhibition. His curriculum vitae is one to surely impress you and guarantee you bridal jewelery and bridal accessories that you will adore.

For the quality of craftsmanship and materials that he uses, you can say that his prices are surprisingly reasonable. You can find something from £30 and it can also go as high as £5,000.
