Babington House is a true country estate dating back nearly seven centuries. To ease any prenuptial jitters, a swim and sauna at the Cowshed Spa is the perfect balm. There are aroma rooms, as well as lakeside cabins for a massage to work the kinks out. Babington House is a members’ only place, but you will be happy to hear that they welcome weddings for non-members. There is a minimum spend of £30,000 for weddings, and 25,000 for winter weddings from January to March. They will also require 32rooms to be booked for one night which I can only see as ideal for all your guests. The only draw back I can think of is that they only host weddings between Monday and Thursday. But if you are okay with this, then I suggest you start calling them now to enquire more information on what they can offer a happy bride-to-be on her much awaited wedding day.
